Eden Prairie Band Parent Organization

On Wednesday, March 2, 2011, there will be a meeting for all students going on the Florida tour at 5:30 pm in the EPHS Band Room. Parents are welcome to attend as well (this is THE informational meeting parents have been requesting).

This is a time change from what was previously announced. If you cannot make the meeting, informational materials will be sent to you.

The agenda includes room sign-ups, detailed itinerary and parade music.

Rehearsals will be:

Monday March 7^th, 7:00-7:40AM Band Room

Friday March 11^th 7:00-7:40AM Band Room

Tuesday March 15^th 2:45-3:15pm Band Room

Thursday March 17^th 2:45-3:15pm Band Room

If your student cannot make the informational meeting or the rehearsals, please contact Mr. Palmer as soon as possible.

The Eden Prairie Eagle Marching Band and other band students in grades 10-12 are invited to go on a tour to Walt Disney World to march in their parade from March 31 – April 5, 2011.
