Spiritwear and More!

The Eden Prairie BPO reminds you that Band Spiritwear is only available in the Fall. So if you haven’t had a chance to look at our wonderful collection of items – including those sweatshirts and long sleeve tees that the kids wear for pep band – make sure you do so soon. The deadline to order is October 31st.

Weekend Band Events

The Eagle Band will be performing on Friday, September 9th at the home football game against Bloomington Kennedy.  We could still use more uniform helpers for the home football games. Click here to sign up.

If you’re at the home football games anyway, why not volunteer to sell activity passes. Passes are sold from 6:30 until halftime, and you’ll finish up in time to see the band. Band parents make money for the band by selling passes, so you’ll be supporting the band twice! Click here to sign up.

Parents should have received an email from Mr. Palmer with the schedule for Saturday. If you’re planning to watch either of the competitions, don’t forget to watch the helpful Audience Applause Guide first. It can be found here. Also, we are planning for a “White Out”, so make sure you wear your 2011 show shirt. Still need one? Contact Kelly at spiritwear@edenprairiebpo.org .

We want our Colorguard to look its best, so we are still looking for additional Performance Flag makers. The group that met on Tuesday made good progress, but they need helpers of all skill levels to meet the Saturday performance deadline. Please consider joining us from 6 – 9pm on Thursday, September 8th.

Band Spirit Wear On Sale Now!

We have some fun new Spirit Wear items to add to our long time favorites!  You’ll want to show your Eagle Band pride as you sit in the stands at the competitions to cheer on our kids.

Spirit Wear orders will be taken at Preview Night on Tuesday, August 30th.  Order forms will be available at the Spirit Wear sample table, or you can fill out your order in advance and bring it with you that night.

If you can’t make it to Preview Night, you can also mail or fax your order form to the address/fax indicated on the form. Spirit Wear is only available in the Fall, so don’t delay!

Spiritwear Closeout

There is a limited number of t-shirts left over from fall sales of Spiritwear available at discount prices. The large sizes we have remaining make great sleep shirts and fun holiday gifts!
